You will be responsible for:

  • Working with BaaS FI clients to scale up throughput.
  • Will work with the FI’s RM team to onboard their corporates and get them live on the platform.
  • Fact finding and relationship management with the FI teams for scaling up revenue.
  • Involves stakeholder management with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting FI clients in driving corporate pitches.
  • Managing overall portfolio and tracking profitability.

You will be reporting to:

Executive Director – Head of Enterprise Platforms & Structured Trade Finance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there-under and other statutes and byelaws of the company.
  • Implementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organization or compliance with law.
  • Convening and assisting inholding general meetings & meetings of the board (producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence, and so on).
  • Ensuring that policies and licenses are up to date and are approved.
  • Ensuring the company complies with standard legal practice and maintains standards of corporate governance.
  • Proper maintenance of books and registers of the company as required under law.
  • Providing support to the board or other committees on specific projects.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
  • Minimum 6 months of post qualification experience.
  • Prior experience working with NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions is preferred to understand sector-specific regulations like RBI guidelines, FEMA, etc.
  • Hands-on exposure to regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and secretarial audits in financial services.

  • Use digital and offline channels to maximize vendor adoption, generate arbitrage and drive sales.
  • Handhold set of assigned vendors/ dealers to get them on boarded on the platform/ Banks and ensure maximum conversion and usage.
  • Manage regular servicing of converted vendors/ dealers and ensure retention.
  • Cross sell CredAble’s other products (Lending, Alliances, Export Financing etc.) to existing vendors/ dealers.
