You will be responsible for:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Build data solutions on GCP using services like BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
  • Use Python for data processing and automation, integrating with GCP services for robust, scalable data pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain data models and ETL workflows in collaboration with data scientists and analysts.
  • Leverage Looker to create intuitive, data-driven dashboards and reports that provide business insights.
  • Use JavaScript for building interactive data visualizations and custom web applications that enhance data usability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data processing and infrastructure issues, ensuring data reliability and quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across platforms and systems.
  • Ensure optimal performance and scalability of data pipelines and queries.
  • Provide support for data governance, including security, compliance, and documentation.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly with services like BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
  • Strong Python skills for data processing, automation, and integration with cloud services.
  • Experience with Looker for building and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript for creating custom web interfaces or visualizations or automation, and integration with cloud services.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data pipeline architectures.
  • Familiarity with Git for version control and CI/CD practices for smooth development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, interacting with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Apache Airflow for orchestrating and scheduling data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with data governance practices, data quality tools, and security protocols.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployment of data workflows.
  • Knowledge of machine learning models and integrating them into data pipelines.

  • The individual will drive key partnerships for Debt Syndication in Lending Space.
  • Take responsibility for enhancing business from partners in the Lending domain including NBFCs and Banks.
  • Onboard new Lending Partners to support the funnel generated from diverse segments by existing RMs.
  • Setup Dashboards to Monitor Acquisition, Placement, Disbursals and Income generation from Lenders and Borrowers.
  • Ensuring adherence to agreed upon timelines for approvals and disbursements.
  • PnL ownership for the strategic partnerships and Debt Syndication for lending book.

You will be reporting to:

Director and Head Small and Mid-Corporate Lending.

What will you bring to the table?

  • 5+ Years of experience in Partnership and Alliances/Debt Syndication Space.
  • Proven track record of managing Lender Relationships in Fintech/Digital Banking.
  • Strong Commercial acumen with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in the organization.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and think strategically to independently drive Income Generation in the assigned market.
  • Experience focusing on the partnerships in digital lending.

You will be responsible for:

Automation Engineering (Selenium – Primary Stack)

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade automation frameworks primarily using Selenium, and secondarily using Playwright.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end, integration, and regression test suites for web, backend, and API layers.
  • Develop automation in Java / JavaScript / TypeScript using industry best practices.
  • Implement cross-browser automation, parallel execution, and environment-aware configurations.
  • Automate APIs and backend services using REST Assured, Postman, or equivalent.
  • Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).

We are looking for an individual with background in IT Audits & Compliance for NBFCs or Banks. Senior – IT Audit & Compliance, who is passionate about establishing and monitoring an auditable IT governance framework, including ITGC (IT General Controls) and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) systems for the NBFC. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational resilience and strict adherence to the RBI Master Direction on IT Governance, Risk, Controls, and Assurance Practices.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensure strict adherence to RBI Master Directions, RBI guidelines (IT Framework for NBFCs), Digital Lending Guidelines, Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  • Evaluate security controls, data privacy, network infrastructure, and application security for the IT infrastructure and outsourced third party services to identify gaps.
  • Plan and conduct internal IT audits, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests through either internal or external teams.
  • Monitor data security, user access controls, and perform risk assessments against third parties to ensure proper compliance against regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare audit reports, identify control gaps, and report findings to the Board/Audit Committee and senior management, and ensure timely implementation of mitigation measures.
  • Act as the primary interface for RBI inspections, statutory audits, and external audits related to IT systems.

This position will report to the CISO to enable him to run the IT Audit and Compliance programs for the NBFC.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Good knowledge and understanding of information security management frameworks and information security and compliance standards including ISO 27001.
  • Strong knowledge of RBI IT framework for NBFCs and/or Banks.
  • Experience with auditing loan origination and management software/systems.
