Mr. Andrew Betts serves as the Board Advisor and Chief Growth Officer for Europe and the Americas at CredAble. With over two decades of leadership experience across global financial institutions, Andrew brings deep expertise in trade finance, supply chain finance, and working capital solutions to support CredAble’s global expansion.
Prior to joining CredAble, Andrew held senior roles at leading banks including Citi, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, RBS, and ABN Amro. At Citi, he was Global Head of Trade Sales and Client Management, where he led digital and sustainable trade finance initiatives. At HSBC, he held dual roles as Head of Global Trade and Receivables Finance for Europe and Global Head of Commodity Trade Finance, playing a key role in expanding the bank’s regional footprint.
Andrew’s career has been defined by his strategic vision and ability to lead transformation at scale. Recognized as a thought leader in the trade and working capital domain, he has authored industry papers and contributed to expert panels on supply chain digitization and trade ecosystem innovation.
At CredAble, Andrew leads client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives across Europe and the Americas, furthering the company’s mission to reimagine working capital for the digital age.

Over her successful career that spans nearly 30 years, Anita has helped organizations solve their business issues through human capital solutions in change management, organizational development, leadership development, talent management etc. As a board Advisor she coaches the leadership team and helps shape CredAble’s Human Capital Strategy.

Over his eventful career that spans nearly 20 years, Kabir has had the benefit of exposure, expertise and experience in various sectors in key leadership roles. He combines deep financial insights into markets, investments across sectors and exposure to business domains as varied as Private Equity & Investment Banking, Construction supplies (Ready Mix Concrete), Hospitality and Hotels, Education, real estate and Employee Transportation. As a minority investor and Advisor he brings to bear his considerable knowledge to guide the establishment of the CredAble Business model.

Suresh brings over 30 years of experience in Wholesale Banking, Corporate banking, stressed assets and SME Lending. Suresh served as the Executive VP and head of Wholesale Banking at Dhanlaxmi Bank where he disbursed over INR 42000 MN maintaining a NIM in excess of 5%. Prior to that he held several senior management roles with Kotak Bank, Edelweiss and L&T Finance.
